Hey Team,
Less eventful days lead to less eventful blobs (as Grandma calls them!) don't they? But that's okay! Mom needs sleep.
Mom ate a great breakfast and a great lunch today. Sometime in between those two meals Dr. Lambert snuck in before her meetings to check everything out and said everything is looking great! Although her white blood cell count is at a 17 again...but still that's better than the original 29.
Then around lunch time the one and only Sue Gray came to see us! She brought Momma a cute Willow Tree called "Hope," and a box full of Dunkin Donuts. Thanks, Sue! You're so great, and you really lifted her spirits. We love you!
After that Momma slept, then she went for a walk...OUTSIDE! She was mostly pushed in the wheelchair, but she enjoyed the sun shining on her face after nearly two weeks.
Love you all! Keep the prayers coming!
Maddie
PS I recieved a text reminding me I left somone out....I told you I'd forget somebody! Thank you, Mimi, for all that you do! You don't go unappreciated! We love you!
