Nothing really to report on tonight. The Dr's never came back with results, and so i'm gonna go with "no news is good news." That's how the saying goes, isn't it? Oh, except they did rule out a UTI. Hopefully the high white blood cell count is just a mistake. And Dr. Carroll actually said it just might be. Because she feels so great! We should know by tomorrow.
She got out of bed a lot today (a lot!) And walked and walked and walked. In fact, she didn't even lean on us. It was all her. Go momma!

She ate chicken noodle soup today and she enjoyed it (Dr. Lambert said that was a good sign.) She said it was almost as good as grandmas soup. She'll be home in a few weeks, so ya better start practicing, Granny!
She wanted me to say thank you so much for all of the texts. She doesn't check her voicemail, but I read her her texts everyday, and they bring smiles to her face. She feels bad that she's to tired respond to any of them, but she does love them. Congratulations on the first 5k, by the way, Mellie!Thank you everybody, so much! We love you!
