Team Tami

Hi Everyone......I didn't receive an e-mail to copy and paste to the blog today....but I did talk to Lana as she was preparing to get Tami released from the hospital today....my feeling is that Lana just got too busy to sit down to write us an e-mail......by the time she got Tami into the Hope Lodge and taken care of.....and by the time they spoke with everyone there.....she probably lost track of time.    At any rate, Tami was released today and Dr. Lambert called Tim and told him that her white count was down to 14 and that she was doing well.  A big step forward for Tami......It's been 1 year on the 29th of July since her first surgery and the news that she had 6 months to live.....That was probably the best information that the Doctors knew to tell us.....what a ride she has had since that time.  We are still hoping for the best......At first I thought that if Tami could come home with Lana......Well.....I thought the stars would all have to align and hope and faith would have to be on our side for that to happen......We still don't know but it sure seems more probable now.   Well I bet Tami seems like an uncaged animal and Lana said she thinks she'll have a hard time keeping her down....Good Luck Lana.....We love you.....
