Hi everyone,
Tami hasn't had the appetite that she has had the last few days , but I think she
was a little nervous about the test they were going to run on her bladder today.
they need to check to make sure the scrapping on the bladder during surgery
didn't leave any more holes. This made for another very long day. I swear, doctors
love to make you wait, it must be part of their training. They took her in for her test ,finally at 2:00,
done at 3:00, and didn't find out until 7:00 that she had no leaks! Yeah!!!! talk about
a relief. This roller coaster ride has not been fun. But I hope we can finally say that
maybe we can slow down and enjoy the ride.
Today Tami was talking to all the doctors and nurses more. she wanted to know all about their lives,
how many kids they had, and what they did for fun. When I came back from lunch Tami was
sitting in her room with one of her nurses, looking at all her kids pictures and talking about
everything that they were involved with. Im sure the nurse had 10 other people trying to reach
her ,but she wanted to sit and chat with Tami. I love my sister, she's one of a kind.
